1、 对活性污泥泥龄控制上的要求
為(wèi)了保证生化系统运行过程中活性污泥不会因為(wèi)排泥不及时而发生老化,我们要经常确认当前排泥流量和活性污泥浓度之间的关系,通过食微比的确认,间接指导活性污泥排泥流量的控制。同时,必须做到排泥流量的均匀性,避免间隙的、流量波动过大的排泥方式。
2、曝气的均匀性和过曝气的防止
要求对曝气量进行有(yǒu)效的控制,避免过曝气,将曝气池出口的DO浓度控制在2.5mg/L左右即可(kě)。同时也可(kě)降低曝气过度消耗的電(diàn)能(néng),為(wèi)降低处理(lǐ)成本打下基础。
3、低负荷运行状态的避免
要避免低负荷运行状态的出现,从而规避活性污泥老化的发生。除了尽可(kě)能(néng)地提高进水中底物(wù)的浓度和可(kě)生化性, 更多(duō)的要尽可(kě)能(néng)地降低活性污泥的浓度,以保证食微比能(néng)够保持在合理(lǐ)控制值内(0.15-0.25左右)。必要时可(kě)以补充外加碳源来保证活性污泥的正常运行繁殖功能(néng),如投加化粪池水、引入生活污水等。
4、增加MBR工艺
MBR工艺替代了二沉池,使HRT与SRT分(fēn)离,其过滤效果保证了長(cháng)期严重的污泥老化,而不对出水产生太大的影响,既然出现了问题,那我们直接把出问题的人干掉,那不就没问题了,MBR就是这么简单而粗暴!
