组织内部的各种对立,本身就是一种能(néng)量,协调不好就是内耗,协调好了就是力量。经理(lǐ)人员必须在充分(fēn)沟通的基础上,对各种潜在的对立关系及其能(néng)量进行协调,实现组织内部的对立统一。经理(lǐ)人员在促进组织内部对立统一或相互合作过程中,主要的管理(lǐ)方式就是“服務(wù)”。具體(tǐ)而言,经理(lǐ)人员应该本着“成就他(tā)人、成就自己”的精神,把自己当做一个专业人士,当做下属的一个同僚或合作伙伴,指导、帮助、约束和激励下属成長(cháng)、做好工作、完成任務(wù)、取得成果和成就、取得精神和物(wù)质上的报酬、奖励或补偿,并使报酬超过下属所做出的个人牺牲。可(kě)以说,经理(lǐ)人员的这些服務(wù),构成了一个组织的实质。
