当氨氮 ≥ 总氮时的处理(lǐ)方式
在进行总氮和氨氮的检测时,使用(yòng)较多(duō)的方法分(fēn)别是《碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分(fēn)光光度法》(HJ636-2012)和《纳氏试剂分(fēn)光光度法》(HJ535-2009)。总氮的定义是水中各种形态无机和有(yǒu)机氮的总量,包括NO3-、NO2-和 NH4+等无机氮和蛋白质、氨基酸和有(yǒu)机胺等有(yǒu)机氮,以每升水含氮毫克数计算。氨氮是指水中以游离氨(NH3)和铵离子(NH4+)形式存在的氮。两者常被用(yòng)来表示水體(tǐ)受营养物(wù)质污染的程度。
理(lǐ)论上总氮等于氨氮、有(yǒu)机氮与硝态氮的和,在实际的实验中往往达不到理(lǐ)论上的结果,部分(fēn)样品会存在氨氮 ≥ 总氮。為(wèi)什么会出现这种倒挂的情况,是哪一步出现了问题?
